the magic of tomato

selain merangkap sebagai buah dan sayuran tomat ternyata memiliki khasiat lainnya yaitu mampu menghaluskan kulit yang kasar. saat cuaca berangin seperti sekarang pasti banyak yang kulit mukanya jadi kering sehingga cenderung kasar, makanya buah / sayuran yang warnanya eye catching ini mampu menghaluskannya kembali...caranya:

1. ambil tomat yang sudah matang / berwarna merah
2. potong tomat dengan ukuran yang disesuaikan selera pemakai
3. usapkan pada bagian wajah yang terasa kasar
4. diamkan selama 10-20 menit
5. bilas wajah dengan air dingin, usap dengan handuk
ulangi langkah ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan (sampai wajah terasa lebut kembali - biasanya 2-3 hari)

kandungan antioksidan dan vitamin A pada tomat membantu melembabkan pada kulit wajah yang kering

mushroom mash potato with spicy mayo

iseng-iseng bikin jamur yang digoreng terus nglirik ada kentang, sekalian aja dibikin...

bahan-bahannya:
1. jamur merang
2. kentang
3. mayonaise
4. saos pedas
5. lada
6. garam
7. margarin

cara membuat:
MASH POTATO
1. rebus kentang sampai empuk/lembut biar bisa dihancurin (lebih gampang kalau kentangnya dipotong2..jadi cepet matengnya)
2. hancurin kentang yang udah mateng tadi campur dengan margarin secukupnya, masukkan garam dan lada (sebenernya mash potato biasanya direbus lagi dengan dicampur air, susu plain, dan margarin, garam, lada)
3. bentuk mash potato / atau kalo yang dicampur susu tuang aja ke mangkuk
FRIED MUSHROOM
1. cuci, suwir-suwir jamur
2. rebus jamur dengan air yang diberi bumbu ( garam, bawang putih, dan ketumbar yang sudah ditumbuk halus)
3. setelah empuk, angkat , tiriskan
4. panaskan minyak sayur atau margarin, goreng jamur sampai bewarna kecoklatan, angkat tiriskan
SPICY MAYO
1. masukkan 2-3 sdt mayonaise ke mangkuk
2. tambahkan lada dan garam
3. beri sedikit jeruk nipis
4. tambahkan saos pedas
5. aduk rata

tata mash potato dan jamur goreng siram/ sajikan dengan mayonaise yang asam segar dan pedas
